Pokey: "Ahem. As I was saying, it's kind of hard to focus on my race when she is here. Honey Sunny Bunny annoys me to the core. So, yeah, maybe she has shiny teeth, up-t0-the-minute fashion sense, and perfect hare, but c'mon! Couldn't she spend five minutes less in the mornings primping and use the time to work on her manners?"
Team Turtle: You have officially left your Happy Place.
Pokey: "But the truth must be told, guys! You know Honey Bunny doesn't care about Raeleigh! She only entered the race just to beat me. She's been doing this sort of thing to me since preschool. And we all know why--"
Team Turtle: Here we go ...
Pokey: "Because my great-great-great-great (you get the idea) grandma beat her ol' grandpa in THE race! The win was so fantastic, they wrote fables about it (who doesn't know The Tortoise and the Hare?). The whole family--and you know how big bunny families get--has a vendetta against me. When are they gonna let it go?"
Team Turtle: You know the answer.
Pokey: *sigh* "But she is a really great runner ... a fantastic runner, actually ... Oh, I'm never gonna win! It's over, so over!"
Team Turtle: Save the pity party for later! The runners are lining up!
Pokey: *whimpers* It's my party, and I'll cry if ...
